Every year my family gets together and we head out to the mountain to cut down our Christmas Tree! We have been going to the same farm for the past few years so it has become a family tradition. Here are some pictures of our fun little outing:

My husband and I decided not to get a real tree this year but we still wanted to keep the tradition and all go searching for trees as a family! I'm glad we went because we had so much fun! I love the holidays!

We didn't get a real tree either but the experience of getting a tree is a lot of fun.

We opted for a pre-lit artificial one this year. Didn't want the mess of cleaning it up, or the kids knocking it over with the water inside the holder.
I put it up on monday and let them have at it.
There's a million decorations on the bottom and like 10 on top. Oh well, it's a family tree and we all had fun doing it :)
I've never gone hunting for one before! Around here people sell them on the side of the road haha.
Unfortunately we had to stick with a fake tree as well, not allowed real tree's in our condo :(

Wow those are so nice the green of the grass and everything is just so pretty. They sell real trees along the streets here in NYC but we haven't gotten one in years because it's a hassle to clean up and we don't have much room in our apartment.
