Yes, I'm a coffee lover.
Iced coffee to be exact.
For all you iced coffee lovers; it can be made at home.
And best of all, it's easy.
Prep Work
1. Brew an extra strong pot of drip coffee. When I say extra strong, think 3 times stronger than you normally would!
2. Put brewed coffee into ice trays and let them freeze into coffee ice cubes. Put the rest of the drip coffee in the fridge to cool. Using coffee ice cubes prevents the drink from being diluted as the ice melts.
This is what the coffee ice cubes look like when frozen:
*This prep work can be done in the evening so that it is ready to go by morning.
Mix it together
1. Fill a tall glass to the top with the coffee ice cubes and fill the glass halfway with the cooled drip coffee
2.Add syrup to taste
3. Fill the remainder of the glass with milk
4. Stir and enjoy! Yum!
Tips
*For stronger coffee, add more drip coffee and less milk
*If you don't like it too strong, use regular ice cubes instead of coffee ice cubes
*If you like it sweeter, add sugar & whip cream!
*I like mine sugar free and non-fat so I use sugar free vanilla syrup and nonfat milk.
So why not? Go ahead, try it! You won't be disappointed :)

I'm a huge iced coffee fan too. I also make it from home but I just make it normally (cream & sugar) except I use the coffee ice cubes too. The vanilla sounds delish too!
sounds delicious!
