I've been attending a bridal shower or baby shower at least once a week this spring. It seems that when spring rolls around a lot of people are pregnant or getting married. Spring brings new things like flowers.... and babies.

Since I'm already married and not pregnant.... maybe spring will bring me a new house... :)

{Just another pair of bright pants}

I am loving all the bright colors this season.... I can't seem to get enough wear out of all my bright colored pants:

On Saturday my hubby and I watched the Barcelona vs. Real Madrid soccer game at 442 Soccer Bar on Hawthorne. It was packed but so much fun! My hubby was wearing his Real Madrid jersey and luckily they won the game!

On Sunday I went to watch my hubby's soccer game and his team also won 4 to 2 so we were pretty excited about that:

{polka dot shoes and romantic day dates}

My husband took me on a weekend long date that started on Friday evening and lasted throughout the day on Saturday. We had such beautiful weather this weekend so we spent most of it outdoors.  

He's such a romantic <3

In fact, he bought me these polka dot shoes about 3 years ago while we were dating. I have not worn them for well over a year and thought it was the perfect occasion

I love going to baby showers and seeing all the creative decor ideas people come up with. Last week I went to a friends baby shower and was so impressed by all the beautiful DIY decor! I wish I had taken more pictures!

{pastel pink}

After what felt like months of rain, we finally had a sunny and warm weekend in Portland. This meant I was finally able to wear my pink pastel pants without worrying about them getting all wet. Did I mention that today (Monday) is our third sunny day in a row!? It is a happy Monday indeed!

I am just loving this chapter of my life. My husband and I have been spending a lot of time talking about our future home, family and the direction we are moving towards.
